California-Mongolia Medical Program (CaMMP)

The Ulan Bator Foundation supports the work of two medical programs in Asia:

Organizes and sponsors yearly trips of medical professionals from Southern California and from around the U.S to Mongolia. The objective is to capacity build among Mongolian physicians and medical professionals in the areas of pediatric and adolescent medicine.

Organizes and sponsors trips by medical professionals from Southern California and the U.S to Altai Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. The objective is to capacity build among Kazakh and Han medical professionals at the Kazakh Hospital and at the Altai Nursing College in Altai City, in order to improve health care delivery to the Kazakh people of this prefecture.
